Program History:
Stepping Stones Clubhouse, working under the auspices of Human Services, Inc. opened its doors in January of 2000. In the past 12 years, we’ve had the pleasure of knowing 283 members who have come to us from all over Chester County. Our current Director began as the Clerical Supervisor in the summer of 2006 and stepped into her current position when the founding Director left in the fall of 2007. Stepping Stones received its psychiatric rehabilitation license from the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania Department of Public Welfare in 2007 and its ICCD accreditation in June of 2012.
